PROFILE SCREEN

To access your profile, Tap your PROFILE picture (top left corner) of the main tracking screen.



                                                

Your PROFILE is your central hub. Think of it as your main communications dashboard. It is also the way you access your Settings in more detail.


1/ Tap the SETTINGS GEAR to access all of your settings in more detail.

2/ PLAN NAME - this indicates the weight loss plan you are currently on. This can be changed under your Weight Loss Plan settings on the next page.


3/ Tap FOLLOWING to see who you are following or to unfollow someone. You can search for someone on that list in the bar at the top.


4/ Tap FOLLOWERS to see who is following you and to follow them back. You can search for someone on that list in the bar at the top.


5/ Tap GROUPS to see which Community Groups you have joined. 


6/ PROGRESS BAR AND CHARTS - all of your progress charts (Weight, Food, Activity) can be viewed in detail by tapping on your progress bar. This will give you the option to choose the chart you want to see in more detail. Tap the chart itself to open a more detailed view and you can then select which information to see, viewable by Week, Month, Quarter, Year and All. 


7/ MILESTONES - all your celebrations and achievement milestones are displayed here. Slide the bar to the left to see everything you have earned.


8/ POSTS - displays all your recent posts in the Community.



EXPLORING SETTINGS - MY PROFILE TAB



Tap the settings ⚙️in the top right corner of your profile.

Tap the MY PROFILE tab.


IMAGE: Tap the blue camera icon to choose a photo for your profile.

You can choose to either:

  • TAKE A PHOTO which will open your phone camera and allow you to take a picture
  • SELECT FROM GALLERY which will open your camera roll and allow you to select an image you have saved on your phone.

This is the image that will be used on your Profile page and as your profile icon in the Community.

NAME: Choose how you want your name to appear in your Profile.


USERNAME: Choose a username to use in the Community. You CANNOT change this after you select it so be sure you choose something you like and want to be known by publicly. 

                                   

ABOUT: This is a “Tagline / Bio line” - you can write anything you like in this space. This will show up under your name in your Profile and on your Community Profile Page. You can change this at any time.


EMAIL: This is the information you provided during your SIGN UP. If you need to change the email address associated with your account log in - you can change it here however if you experience any issues logging in afterwards - you may need to open a support ticket by contacting support@healthiapp.com


GENDER: This is the information you provided during your SIGN UP. You can change your selection here at any time. This includes both part and full time options for nursing mothers.


BIRTHDAY: This is the information you provided during your SIGN UP.


HEIGHT: This is the information you provided during your SIGN UP.


LOG OUT: Use this option if you need to reset the app or log into another account.
