WELCOME TO YOUR DASHBOARD!

Here’s your navigation guide.


1) PROFILE PICTURE

This is how you access your Profile and Settings screens, all your progress charts, meal plans and posts in the Community.


2) VOICE TRACKING (PRO FEATURE)

Easily track your daily meals on the go by using voice tracking. You must allow Healthi microphone permissions in your device settings for this to work.


3) BARCODE SCANNER

Use this option to scan your favorite food items. Align the barcode in the center of the grid and hold as steady as you can. You must allow Healthi camera permissions on your device for this to work.


The scanner relies on several criteria to work properly:


Phone Permission - you have to be sure that the phone is set to allow Healthi to use your camera. If this is not set up correctly - the scanner will not work at all.

Enough Light - make sure the barcode is not in a dark shadow or turn on your flash (the little lightning bolt)

Enough WiFi - if it seems to just keep searching (spinning circle) this means it can't connect. Some stores have problems with dampening WiFi signal and it may not work effectively.

Damaged / Bad Barcode - sometimes the only barcode on a product doesn't match the standard format (like Aldi) and this makes it not scan. Or there could be a wrinkle in it or it can be damaged


4) DAILY REMAINING

This will display the number of BITES, Net Carbs or Calories you have remaining for the day. This is calculated by the information in your PROFILE and is specific to the plan you select. The number at the end of the arc represents how many of your Daily BITES you’ve used [4b] including any pulled from Weekly / Activity.


5) ACTIVITY REMAINING

Displays the number of activity BITES earned when you MOVE! You can add workouts and specific activities under the ACTIVITY section or sync your Fitbit or Apple HealthKit compatible device to import and track your steps. BITES earned from activity can be used daily, accumulated weekly or not used at all. You can choose whether to use this earned activity bonuses before or after weeklies or Manually Redeem them as you want. See the SETTINGS guide help section for more details HERE


6) WEEKLY REMAINING

The number of BITES you have remaining for the week. Depending on what you have selected under your Weight Loss Plan options - once you go over your DAILY BITES, any extra BITES needed will either be taken from these Weekly BITES or your Earned Activity.


7) CALORIES/MACRO TRACKING (PRO FEATURE)

One of the most widely used features by most PRO members is Secondary Metric Tracking. You can choose to also track calories or macros (fat, protein and carbs) alongside your BITES by enabling Secondary Metrics in your Settings. While this is not a requirement, many members like the extra information to see how those BITES are being used and help them work with their nutrition team to get the best results. It is very possible to eat all your BITES and still be very under or over on Calories. This gives you a way to monitor your food’s nutrition better.






1) CALORIE & MACRO SECONDARY TRACKING

This line can be used to track either Calories or Macros in conjunction with your BITES. BITES and Calories ARE NOT necessarily equal. You can, especially on plans like Sugar Smart and Better Balance, use all your daily BITES and still be UNDER your daily caloric target. This is because not all plans consider calories in their equation and plans like Sugar Smart / Better Balance have a different algorithm for sugar which effects it’s BITES value.

2) GREEN DOTS

Green Dots are a way to mark the days that you are within your Healthy BITES target. Combining this with Calorie or Macro tracking can give you a great overview of your progress. You earn a • Green Dot on any day that you are within -10%/+15% of your Daily BITES.


3) MEAL DIVIDES

To add a food to any meal - tap the blue + sign and this will take you straight to your food search. You can then track foods directly from the search, your favorites, recipes or one of the Brand Guides for Restaurants, Snacks and Beers!

COPY TO PREVIOUS DAY / NEXT DAY & DELETE - You can do this for all entries - Food / Activity / Notes


APPLE USERS: Swipe left - LIGHT ORANGE to Copy to Previous Day - BROWN to Copy to Next Day - RED to Delete ANDROID USERS: Long Press until the Copy and Delete menu appears to make your selection.


4) ACTIVITY

Tap the blue + to choose a preset activity or create your own custom entry.


5) NOTE

If you’ve created a note for your current day you will see it here. To create a note, tap the blue + sign at the bottom of your screen (NOTE: You will need to have it as one of your selected shortcuts. See here to learn more about customizing your main tracking button).


6) HEALTH CHECKS

Tap the dark purple + to fill in your healthy guideline checks for the day. More information on the next page.


7) WEIGH IN

Some users track daily, some weekly and others only once a month. Tap WEIGH IN and enter the weight you wish to record, then TRACK. Your weight will then display on the tracker. This will only display on the day it is recorded.


EDITING NOTES - Simply tap the NOTE and it will open so you can edit and Save.

This displays your main dashboard screen.


2) PROGRESS

Shows your progress over three areas: Weight, Food, and Activity. You can choose to view them by Week, Month, Quarter, Year, or All.


3) MAIN TRACKING BUTTON See the expanded details below.


4) RECIPES (PRO FEATURE)

A huge digital cookbook with over 500,000 recipes sourced from around the world and customized to your plan. Search by dish category or filter by allergens, dietary restriction or cuisine type.


5) THE COMMUNITY (Posting in the Community is a PRO FEATURE)

The Community is a great way to connect with other Healthi members. With dedicated interest groups, photo and recipe sharing, accountability threads, a great team of coaches to help you get any answers you need and more - this is a fabulous resource for members.

If you’re a Pro subscriber, your main tracking button is now customizable! You can choose up to 5 tracking Shortcuts to be shown here along with the default Tracking elements (Food, Restaurant, Weight, and Checks).


ACTIVITY: Opens the ACTIVITY SEARCH screen. FOOD: Opens the FOOD SEARCH screen. CHECKS: Opens the HEALTHY CHECKS screen.


BARCODE SCANNER: Opens the BARCODE SCANNER. 


CALCULATOR: Opens the CALCULATOR. 


NOTES: Opens the CREATE NOTE screen.


ZERO BITES: Opens the ZERO BITE TAB Food Search.


VOICE TRACKING: Opens the VOICE TRACKING screen.


SNACKS: Opens the SNACKS GUIDE in the BRANDS tab.


BEERS: Opens the BEER GUIDE in the BRANDS tab.

CREATE FOOD: Opens the CREATE FOOD feature.


CREATE RECIPE: Opens the CREATE RECIPE feature in the Recipes tab.


MY GROUPS: Opens the MY GROUPS tab in the Groups section of the Community. 


NOTIFICATIONS: Opens the NOTIFICATIONS section in the Community.


POST: Opens the POST feature in the Community.

WHAT ARE SERVING SIZES FOR HEALTHY CHECKS?


SERVING SIZES FOR HEALTHY CHECKS


WATER - You can assign any this any value - cups, bottles, oz.

FRUIT & VEGGIES - Serving sizes are 1 cup for leafy greens and 1/2 cup for all other vegetables and fruits.

DAIRY - One milk serving would be 1 cup of milk or yogurt or 1 1/2 ounces of many cheeses.

LEAN PROTEIN - One serving of lean protein is about 3 or 4 ounces. 

OILS - One serving of healthy oils (olive oil, canola oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, or flaxseed oil) is 1 teaspoon.

WHOLE GRAINS - Use the nutrition label to determine the serving size of packaged whole grain foods.

MULTIVITAMINS - Many vitamins / supplements are 2 daily.
