To fix this issue open the Settings app on your iOS device, search for Healthi and tap to select it, then simply toggle the switch next to Camera to ON:

Alternatively you can adjust this by going to Privacy > Camera and turning the switch next to Healthi to ON. This will fix the issue and you will be able to use the scanner to scan barcodes.
