If you want to quickly add the bites for an item or meal that you already know the bites value of, you can do a quick add. From your Tracker, tap the Add ("+") button located on the bottom of your tracking screen, select Food, then the small (+) in the corner on the results tab (On iOS, the + is in the top right. For android, it’s in the bottom right) This will take you to Create Food.
Enter a name for your food. On the third line down where it states your weight loss plan, enter the bites value. Tap SAVE, then save again, then tap Track.
