If you are having trouble scanning barcodes make sure you take the following steps:
- Ensure you are scanning the barcode straight on and not sideways
- If you are in a low light setting, move to a room where there is more lighting OR if your device has a flash, tap the flash icon on the top right of the barcode scanner to turn on the flash.
- Lastly, always make sure you have enabled Healthi to use the Camera in your device's settings and permissions
