To request a refund please contact us at with the following:

  • A brief explanation of the reason why you're requesting a refund
  • If on Android: 
  • The order number from your Google Play purchase receipt (it starts with 'GPA')
  • If on iOS:
    • You will need to request a refund from Apple itself. Unfortunately, we're not able to process refunds from the Apple App Store. You can find more info on how to request a refund from their webpage HERE

  • If from the Healthi website:
    • A screenshot of the receipt you received in the email from Healthi when your Pro subscription/renewal was made
