Below is the plan information and complete list of zero BITE foods on Sugar Smart.
When searching in the app for zero BITE food, you can use the Zero BITES Tab (big + at bottom of tracker and then tap on Zero BITES at the bottom right). Any food found on this tab will be a true Zero BITE food from your list, meaning it is true in any quantity.
All other databases including the barcode scanner, online database, restaurant guide, etc. all use nutritional information to calculate accurate estimated BITE values for your specific plan. You can tap the "0 BITE Food" toggle to zero out any zero BITE foods from this list when tracking them through one of those databases.
